Needless to say I love the first two.
I was googling images of Tim Skold and came across this entry. For someone who is so adamant about receiving credit, I find it a little odd that I am given no credit for that photo. Whether taken from the Sychophant, the Hierophant, my myspace albums or my photobucket account, my name is listed at all four places. As beautiful as it is, it's somewhat hypocritical, don't you think?

The fact that I ask for credit in one line of text without reinforcement isn't exactly what I'd call unshakable insistence.
I made the background at the start of last year I believe when I had just moved in to a new house, had no internet, and was going through my files fooling with photos I'd saved previously. The backgrounds built up and were uploaded once I was back online. The fact that yours had a watermark had left my mind by then. No one looks at these, and I make no profit from them, so I don't consider the consequences of forgetting to credit very seriously (which is about the extent of this issue, rather than the malicious practice of hypocrisy you seem to be accusing me of, if I'm not taking you out of context). I've removed the background. Hope that solves things.
